Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, database management, and report generation tasks.
• Support internal teams with technical documentation and system updates.
• Handle emails, communication logs, and backend coordination
• Assist in maintaining and updating internal tools and software systems.
• Perform quality checks on reports and data entries.
• Maintain and organize digital files, records, and back-end documentation.
• Coordinate with the IT and technical support team for regular updates and maintenance.
• Monitor workflow and escalate issues to relevant departments when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CS), or M.Tech (CS).

• Good understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Basic knowledge of databases, software tools, or scripting is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.

• Freshers are welcome; relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
